Refund & Cancellation Policy
What happens if you need to cancel, pause or dispute a payment for a Growthline engagement.
Last updated: 2 August 2026
1. Monthly retainers
Our $999 and $1,999 plans are billed monthly in advance. Because work, ad builds and creative production begin at the start of each cycle, fees for a cycle already underway are non-refundable once work has started.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel any month-to-month plan with 30 days' written notice by email or WhatsApp. We will complete the current cycle, hand over assets and account access, and not bill you again after the notice period ends.
3. When we do refund
- Duplicate or incorrect charges — refunded in full once verified.
- Payment received but onboarding never started and no work was delivered — refunded in full.
- A deliverable we agreed in writing was not provided and cannot be remedied — refunded pro-rata for that deliverable.
4. When we do not refund
- Advertising spend paid to Meta, Google or other platforms — that money goes to the platform, not to us.
- Campaign performance that did not meet your expectations, where the agreed work was delivered.
- Delays caused by missing approvals, access, assets or slow lead follow-up on your side.
- Ad account restrictions or rejections imposed by a platform.
- One-off setup, audit or creative fees after the work has been delivered.
5. Our performance commitment
Instead of a cash guarantee, we commit to agreed targets: if we miss the CPA/ROAS target we set together by month three, we keep working at no additional management fee until we reach it.
6. Pausing
Clients can pause a retainer once per 12 months for up to 30 days — for example during a holiday closure — with at least 14 days' notice. Paused months are not billed.
7. How to request a refund
Email support@growthline.online with your company name, invoice reference and the reason. We review requests within 5 business days and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
